On March 14, 2024, we had the joy of visiting Vejer de la Frontera's Public Primary School Los Molinos, where we engaged with bright young minds.

Children, ages 7 to 8, participated in a lively workshop led by Irene Delgado Fernandez (UCA), exploring the diversity of beaches and dunes. Meanwhile, older students, ages 9 to 10, delved into the world of salt pans and the traditional salt extraction methods employed in Cadiz, guided by Rafael Martín, Director of the Natural Park Bahía de Cádiz.

Beaches, dunes and traditional salt extraction workshops at CEIP Los Molinos, where the kids' curiosity sparked interesting questions and vibrant discussions.

These workshops mark a fruitful collaboration between the University of Cadiz and the Natural Park Bahía de Cádiz, enriching both scientific exchange and community outreach efforts.

Gratitude extends to CEIP Los Molinos for graciously hosting our MODUL session in their wonderful school!
